When my husband and I booked our stay at Cabo Serai, we were looking for something that
was offbeat and unique. We had been to Goa numerous times before and were tired of
doing the run-of-the-mill activities, going to the same restaurants and bars, crowded
beaches etc. So from the moment we set foot in Cabo Serai we knew we made the right
decision! On our very first night we opted for a beach dinner, and were absolutely
mesmerized as we made our way down to the secluded beach at twilight – the beach was lit
up in rustic lanterns, and our table was surrounded by beautiful lights while we faced the
ocean. It was such a romantic setting! The breeze was cool, the staff was so warm, and
when we sat there drinking a glass of wine looking up at the stars, we were just so happy to
be in the midst of nature while enjoying the comforts of luxury and hospitality. Over the
next few days we also experienced the incredible sundowners on the top deck which gave
as stunning views of the ocean and forest, as well as an impromptu breakfast on the beach
after our yoga session by the resort’s in-house yoga teacher! Cabo Serai for us has been
more than a beautiful resort, it has been an experience!
