CABO SERAI – BOOKINGS, AMENDMENTS, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY
Due to Cabo Serai’s location, limited and exclusive inventory of 08 Cottages, and 03 Tents, we are required to take payment in full prior to arrival.
Payment by Bank Transfer or Payment Link is required in advance as per booking policy.
BOOKING
As a standard procedure, 100% advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
100% payment required for booking from 20th December 2023 to 10th January 2024 AMENDMENTS
Amendments made prior to 30 Days will bear no amendment charge.
Amendments made within 15-30 days prior to arrival will bear a charge of INR 7,000 per night for amendment.
No Refunds/ Credit on Cancellation/ Amendments for bookings from 20th December 2023 to 10th January 2024
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation 30 days before guest arrival – 90% Refund
Cancellation 15-30 days before guest arrival – 50% Refund
Cancellation within 15 days of guest arrival – No Refund
No Refunds/ Credit on Cancellation/ Amendments for bookings from 20th December 2023 to 10th January 2024
