More than just a delicious meal, dining at Cabo Serai is an experience.

Our carefully crafted menu is tailored to our guest’s dietary
preferences woven with local organic ingredients. Selected fruit,
vegetables and herbs are sourced from our organic garden. Other
fresh produce such as grain and seafood are sourced from local fair-
trade suppliers. Our daily changing menus use the freshest produce
in its most wholesome and natural form providing you with a
nutritious meal. A wellness-focused menu is also available and based
on Sattvic philosophy.

Our bar list comprises mostly of local and Indian brands of beers,
spirits and wines. Also available, is a cocktail list curated using home
grown ingredients.

Exclusive dining
